Pascalou invites guests to sip on discounted martinis while basking in the soft spring breeze on the patio.

Sit comfortably along the french doors of this quaint bistro, enjoying martinis with a 40% discount and some of the chef's recommended dishes. Martini lovers can choose from an apple, pear, mango, pomegranate, or regular martini, originally priced at $12 and $13. The martini madness will begin at 5 p.m. and last all through the evening.

While you sip and socialize, savor Pascalou's amazing dishes. Offering some new light, yet hearty meals for the spring season diners can choose from a variety of delicately prepared entrees. The filet mignon, served with porcini and chanterelle sauce with spinach risotto, is just one of the chef's featured dishes. The grilled tuna, is cut thin and seared rare and served with a plump crab dumpling, in a smoked trout broth with peanut oil and fine noodles, is another recommended favorite. The rich colored tuna is beautifully rested on a bed of seaweed for a light, but filling meal.

New to the menu, Pascalou is proud to serve the Kobe Sliders. This quick and inexpensive dish is made with caramelized shallots, soy sauce and walnut oil for a rich and luscious taste. Served hot and crisp on the outside, soft on the inside bun, with mustard, ketchup and a horseradish cream sauce, along with a side of potato chips, these sliders are the perfect evening munch.

The fried clams are another chef recommendation. These pan fried Ipswich clams are fried and sprinkled with parsley and drizzled with lemon juice. Served with a garlic basil sauce, cocktail sauce and a sour cream and scallion sauce and a side of mesclun greens, this dish is a fresh and delicious springtime entree.
