Autism Speaks Charity Benefit at The Wharf, April 19

Sometimes happy hours aren't always just about the cheap drinks, as is the case at this Thursday, April 19. The New York chapter of Bike to the Beach, in conjunction with Autism Speaks, is pleased to be hosting a happy hour tomorrow night from 6 to 9 p.m. at The Wharf on Third Avenue between 38th and 39th streets.

Along with great drink specials – $3 Miller Lite, $3 drafts and $5 orange crushes – you'll find out about one of New York's hottest charity bike rides and how biking to the beach can benefit a great cause. A $5 donation will grant you admission and enter your name to win some awesome boozy gift baskets or a Wharf gift card. If you're inspired and want to sign up to ride like a champ, $10 will get you in the door and a chance to win a FREE REGISTRATION (a $165 value). So be sure to come by to hear more about the ride AND celebrate Thirsty Thursday!  Anyone intersted in hearing more about the 100 mile ride from Union Square to Westhampton Beach, benefitting Autism Speaks, feel free to contact us at NY@biketothebeach.org. This is the third year of B2B in New York, and we're hoping to double our riders for the second striaght year. Feel free to check out our website for information on bike rentals, route, training and accomodations.
