About Atomic Total Fitness

    Adam Shuty is a lifetime athlete and has been a fitness trainer in New York City for over ten years. On top of being a certified persona trainer, he has completed triathlons, played collegiate lacrosse, and is knowledgable in martial arts.

    The goals of certified personal trainer  Adam Shuty and Atomic Total Fitness is to help you peak physically, to "accomplish super human feats," all while ensuring joints, muscles, and bones are being optimally taken care of.

    Before pushing your own physical limitations, it is vital you're practicing proper muscle balance and posture alignment. Shuty makes certain of this with all his trainees before helping them reach their ideal physical goals.
