Founded by a graduate of the International Sports Science Association, a level one track and field coach, and a fitness enthusiast, MAXFIT 360 was created with one thought in mind: to help people reach their fitness goals and improve their lives and lifestyles.
After losing her grandmother to heart disease and watching family and friends suffer from illnesses that a few hours of weekly exercise could prevent, Kaylin Payne, founder and trainer at MAXFIT 360, dedicated her life to helping others through fitness. Kaylin made it her mission to educate clients about exercise, diet and a healthy lifestyle, while empowering them to make the most of their abilities. Unlike other fitness programs, MAXFIT 360 trainers provide you with the information you need to make a permanent change in your life, rather than a temporary solution. You will learn how to exercise on your own, rather than depending on another.
At MAXFIT 360, you will be given the necessary tools to accomplish your goals through progressively challenging and invigorating workouts. Rather than focusing on one repetitive movement class after class and session after session, MAXFIT 360 does not simply follow a bland and boring routine. Each session will evolve and change, bringing you new exercise routines in order to ensure continuing progress and alleviate bordom.
