Daniel Humm From The NoMad Wins Big At James Beard

Daniel Humm he has almost single handedly lead the cullinary revolution on NoMad, and is being recognized for his amazing acheivements. For those of you that don't know, he is the chef and an owner of Eleven Madison Park and the NoMad. Humm was just named the Outstanding Chef for 2012 on Monday night by the James Beard Foundation at its annual awards ceremony.

The title, and its accompanying medal, were handed to him after chefs, restaurateurs and others trooped onstage at Avery Fisher Hall. The James Beard Awards are like the Oscars for food -- without the Billy Crystal dance numbers.
