This summer is an exciting one for Dramatics as the salon is making headlines in Platinum Pias nominations and in throwing an extravagant in-salon event. To celebrate the nominations and to honor the incredible success of the business, Dramatics will host The 1st Annual Haute Couture Gala. On Saturday August 4, the 57th St Dramatics location will roll out the glam carpet for this extraordinary event.

What makes the event so spectacular, you ask? As Armani the salon manager, who is on the Platinum Pias Awards planning and design committee, said, “It's going to be different than any other, a mysterious unusual event.” The gala is expected to be “like no other Dramatics event before it!”

Escaping the secrecy around the gala, it will be very avant garde – reminiscent of a gallery opening. It will be a mix of a collaboration and competition between hair stylists in which the selected judges, Safari, Rock, and Ace, will choose a winner. More explicit details surrounding the completion will be unveiled the night of the gala.
