ELA/Math Review, Private Tutoring Services For Students

With students finally back into the swing of things and the school year progressing along, some parents may be wondering how they can help their child go above and beyond academically. Although the school day helps introduce important lessons in Math, Science and the English Language Arts, it can take additional lessons and reinforcement for children to truly understand and excel. How can a student best get their academic edge when it comes to difficult New York State standardized testing?

NY Academic Excellence, a private company that offers private tutoring services and classes for students ages K – 12 in Manhattan, is hosting a 10-session series of ELA/Math Assessment Review Classes for grades 3 – 8. The licensed instructors of NY Academic Excellence will address the material covered in the rubric of the Math and ELA Assessments, helping students to perform confidently on their exams and master the standards of Common Core NYS Curriculum. 
 Review classes will be held at Robert F. Wagner Middle School on the Upper East Side and NY Academic Excellence will provide all necessary educational materials during each class for students to practice the testing techniques for the New York Math/ELA Assessments. 
 ELA Assessment and Math Assessment Review classes will be an hour long each, so students have ample time to practice and review essential skills.
