Yoga & Meditation tools to help with stage fright on any platform

Whether attending a job interview, presenting in front of work colleagues, or auditioning for your next opera role, yoga offers many tools to develop awareness in the body that empower anyone to perform with ease and confidence. In this workshop, participants will learn tools beneficial for performance and rehearsal preparation, ensuring that they feel physically and mentally centered and present each time. Esther will discuss the benefits of a yoga and meditation practice, lead participants through short sequences to warm up the body, and teach participants how to use the breath as a guide. The course will finish with a brief meditation practice that helps to clear the mental palate of anxieties, destructive thoughts, and distracting preoccupations, so that you can be at your best when you are in the spotlight!
