Chef and owner Silvano Marchetto closely works together with his team to custom tailor each event and menu according to your budget and personal preferences. Several sample menus include (but are not limited to) the following:

• Sample Menu 1 ($55 per person plus tax and gratuity): Indulge in the traditional antipasto course with a choice of the soup of the day, a mixed salad, or bruschetta served with fresh tomato and basil. For your main entrée, choose from the spinach and ricotta ravioli, roasted pork shoulder, or the roasted salmon with dill and white beans. Be sure to save room for tiramisu for dessert.
   
• Sample Menu 2 ($70 per person plus tax and gratuity): Enjoy a Tuscan family style antipasto complete with salami, prosciutto, parmigiano, mortadella, fried calamari, and more. For the main course, choose the spaghetti with lobster and jalapeno, the vertically roasted duck, or the seared pepper-crusted tuna. After your meal, you and your guests can delight in a combination of desserts like tiramisu, Silvano's famous panna cotta, and a homemade Torta del Giorno--a tart made with seasonal fruit.
   
• Sample Menu 3 ($80 per person plus tax and gratuity): Start off with an extensive Tuscan family style antipasto, before enjoying your pasta combination. This meal includes dishes of ravioli, penne Bolognese, and tortellini. For your main course, try the guinea hen in Barolo wine, the braised veal shank with saffron risotto, or the swordfish skewer. Dessert includes a chef’s dessert combination including pineapple upside down cake, chocolate meringue and, as always, the choice of coffee or tea.
