A new mortgage of $1,840,000 was placed by Meridian on a 17-unit four-story multifamily building on East 82ndStreet in New York, NY. The loan features a rate of 3.25% and a five-year term. This transaction was negotiated by Jeff Weinberg.
Meridian negotiated a new financing package totaling $32,900,000 on 11 multifamily buildings in New York and Queens, NY. The loans feature rates of 3.50% and five-year terms. Carol Shelby and Dani Sabesan negotiated these transactions.
