In collaborations with the Museum of Comic and Cartoon Art (MoCCA), the Society of Illustrators will be hosting the first event in its "Dinner and a Movie" series. This event brings about talented comics writer and historian Danny Fingeroth for a night filled with animation and a great movie!

Guests will be able to take part in the screening of the award-winning documentary "Will Eisner: Portrait of a Sequential Artist." There will also be a panel discussion with the film's director, Andrew D. Cooke, after guests enjoy a buffet-style dinner in the Society's dinning room. The full length documentary will highlight the life and artistic genius of Will Eisner, as well as many other creative talents.

Dinner will start at 6:30 p.m.

Screening will begin at 7:30 p.m.

The panel discussion will start at 9 p.m.
