Earlier this summer we teamed up with Greensquare Tavern on 21st Street (just down the street from our location) to provide our clients with a "premium" alternative.
"Farm-to-table" is how partner Leon Bell describes their offering. They emphasize freshness, seasonality, local availabilty and simple, yet flavorful preparations. Produce is locally farmed and organic. Meat and poultry come from animals raised humanely, antiobotic and hormone free. All of the dishes are made fresh to order.
According to Mr. Bell, "We put our heads, hearts and talents together...to showcase our locavore cuisine." Or as one of our clients put it, in simpler terms: The food is unbelievably good!
Presentation is customized to accommodate your needs from casual to white linen service. Quality and health consciousness are the benchmark of our new premium catering services.
