Earlier this summer we teamed up with Greensquare Tavern on 21st Street (just down the street from our location) to provide our clients with a "premium" alternative.
"Farm-to-table" is how partner Leon Bell describes their offering. They emphasize freshness, seasonality, local availabilty and simple, yet flavorful preparations. Produce is locally farmed and organic. Meat and poultry come from animals raised humanely, antiobotic and hormone free. All of the dishes are made fresh to order.
