Olo Acupuncture Provides Traditional Group Acupuncture
Olo Acupuncture is a community acupuncture clinic which provides high quality health and wellness services by offering a myriad of holistic and alternative approaches to medicine. Acupuncture is a traditional Asian practice which is used to treat an enormously wide array of conditions and ailments. Acupuncture centers on the rebalancing and facilitating the body’s natural healing processes.
Olo Acupuncture offers a unique community acupuncture, which is a safe and affordable way to address most health and wellness goals. Instead of treating patients in solitary rooms, Olo Acupuncture patients are treated in a serene community room with a number of patients resting near by. Patients are seated in comfortable recliners or massage tables and the group environment provides an emboldened healing environment. This shared experience of reassurance among others creates a deep state of rest and relaxation while also stimulating the body’s natural healing.
Traditionally, acupuncture is practiced in a group environment with daily or even multiple treatments per day. However as the practice migrated westward, it morphed into a one on one model, with only one treatment per week. This modern model has its drawbacks, as singular treatment rooms are expensive and multiple treatments per week can be overly costly for most.
All practitioners at Olo Acupuncture are New York State Licensed Acupuncturist (L.Ac) and certified by NCCAOM. Some are also experts in Chinese herbal medicine, tui na (Chinese medical massage), and nutrition. Offering a diverse set of skills and experience, Olo Acupuncture possess the right treatment for you.
