Pristine Pad With Park Views Sells For Under 1 Million

The buyers are both from Italy working in the medical field in Danbury, CT. They had a specific vision of what they wanted their home to feel and look like - modern condo bldg, sleek finishes, high fl, large windows and open layouts. After some research we focused our attention on 5th on the park. The building was selling units incredibly fast! They immediately fell in love with the bldg the first day they saw it.  It was an amazing 2 bedroom on the 25th floor with eastern views from the living room and master bedroom, and southern views of the Empire State bldg from the 2nd bedroom. What made this deal challenging was the financing; I prepared them for a lengthy process, which they were not accustomed to. Two months after our offer was approved we were still waiting on the bank for the commitment letter. By the time the property was appraised, they had already gained 4% in value above their purchase price. They couldn't be happier!
