The Story Behind Soho Turkish Restaurant Antique Garage
There is nothing like mom’s cooking, and to many the reason for this is a belief that there is something about the love put into each dish that makes it taste so good. This devotion is instilled in every dish served at Soho Turkish restaurant Antique Garage where love is cooked into every plate. Chef and owner Utku Cinel started this beloved Turkish restaurant off of the basis that a labor of love will lead to good food and good company.
With two passions in life, fine dining and antiques, Cinel has truly put his heart and soul behind this exquisite Turkish restaurant. Known for cooking fantastic Turkish cuisine in his own home, Cinel was frequently encouraged to take his talent further and share it with the world... or specifically, Manhattan.
Quite an interesting tale, Cinel found himself in front of a local auto-body garage in Soho that was coming to the end of its term. A fantastic inspiration came to his mind and from that moment on his life completely changed. From here he was able to bring his love of Turkish cuisine to the table for every diner’s pleasure. Everything from the décor to the menu has been intricately developed by this esteemed chef.
His love for Mediterranean cuisine as a whole is prominent in each and every single dish this Turkish restaurant serves. From French and Italian to Turkish influences, this Soho Turkish restaurant is truly a modernized Ottoman Cuisine experience.
Come by Soho Turkish restaurant Antique Garage and experience the love and dedication that Chef Cinel has perfectly crafted into every meal and every visit.
