    V {iV} serves up a colorful assortment of cocktails ranging in taste, composition, and style. The Amethyst is made with patron silver, patron citronge, Chambord, and pomegranate juice. The Emerald is served with patron triple sec and fresh kiwi.

    V {iV}’s Coral cocktail is served with absolute vodka, peach schnapps, triple sec, and lychee juice. The Aquamarine is made with Malibu coco, Malibu pineapple, blue cacao, pineapple juice, orange juice, and vanilla ice cream. V {iV}’s decadent Jasper cocktail is made with Godiva white, Godiva dark, Absolute vanilla, and chocolate syrup.

    In addition to signature cocktails, V {iV} also offers unique sake and Thai beers. The Moonstone plum sake is made from ripe plums that delivers a sweet and light taste without the thickness of average plum wines. The Momokowa Diamond is an off-dry melon sake mixed with tropical fruit flavors, as well as spice and earthy mineral notes.

    V {iV} also serves medley of Thai dishes which provide a taste of the east with a modern western twist. Dishes such as the Red Snapper Lad Prick, is made with a crispy whole Red Snapper and is topped with home style spicy chili cause and garnished with vegetables. The Lemongrass pork chop is a premium cut of pork marinated with lemongrass, all chopped up and served with steamed vegetables.
